5 FACTS ABOUT DR. RIVERA
- I married my middle school/high school/college/dental school sweetheart. She’s also Lyon Family Dental’s hygienist, Jaylyn Rivera.
- I grew up in Eddyville, Kentucky, 2 blocks away from Lyon Family Dental. I graduated as Salutatorian from Lyon County High School in 2009. I earned my B.S. in Biology with Honors and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 2013. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2018.
- Jaylyn and I have 2 kids. Our 3 year old son’s name is Kai. Our 1 year old daughter’s name is Maddie. We also have a 100 pound goldendoodle, Calvin.
- I’m entering my 3rd year of practice after serving as Managing Clinical Director and Lead Dentist at a dental practice in Paducah, Kentucky.
- One of my favorite memories as a dentist: giving back to United States Armed Forces Veterans by providing $50,000 in free dental care in a single day.
